1940; while the Allied soldiers are being frantically evacuated off Dunkirk, the Polish submarine ORP “Orzeł” embarks on a dangerous mission in the North Sea, where it’ll encounter underwater mines, air bombs, and enemy ships. The crew has to face increasing physical and mental exhaustion within the claustrophobic deck.
